Revenue Management: Decades of experience in working with branded reservation systems and our understanding of property management and inventory control systems such as Delphi, Opera, Springer Miller and Sales Pro bring the competitive edge to managing independent hotels and resorts.

Asset Management: The keys to successful asset management are understanding the owner’s objectives, clearly defining those objectives for the operator, and developing and executing specific actionable initiatives, while maintaining a structured oversight. Our experience in ownership and operations of hotels, resorts and condominium hotels enables us to effectively counsel owners on issues that arise on a day-to-day basis and to develop strategies that create value and mitigate risk.

Accounting and Finance: We operate properties in either a decentralized or centralized accounting environment, and provide a centralized back-office accounting system, coupled with corporate support, to all of our hotels and resorts.

Our financial reporting system resides on a web-based ASP platform so that information can easily be exchanged with the properties, the owners and traveling executives. Remote access to this system enables users to stay connected from anywhere with an internet connection while allowing our executive team to monitor profitability and performance for dozens of ownership groups.

  • Accounts Payable – the processing, verification and payment of vendor invoices, including year-end processing of 1099 reporting for vendors.
  • Cash Management – forecasting and management of the hotel’s cash resources, including the investment of cash balances.
  • Customized Reporting – we can provide customized financial reports to meet almost any need or requirement.
  • Detailed Budget Preparation – annual operating budget, business plan, capital expenditure budget and cash flow projection.
  • Financial Reporting – daily reporting, monthly operating statement, balance sheet, cash flow projections, full year forecasts and other various analytical reports.
  • Management Information – preparation and presentation of statistical information to operating executives and ownership to facilitate identification of areas for improvement.
  • Payroll Processing – all aspects of the payroll function including cost segmentation and daily labor productivity tracking, custom general ledger interface with the ASP back office system, and year-end processing of W-2’s, 8027’s and other required regulatory reports.
  • Standard Operating Procedures – established documented procedures to ensure uniformity, consistency and adherence to the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, published by the Financial Management Committee of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AH&LA), in conjunction with the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP).
